Mr. P.Rajendran earned his Bachelors Degree in Economics in 1976 from the Madras Christian College , Tambaram, Chennai, India (ranked among the Top Ten Liberal Arts and Science Colleges in India and also received the Rating of A+ (equivalent to 90-95%) by the NAAC - National Assessment and Accreditation Council). He was graduated from the Madras Law College in 1979 and earned his Bachelors Degree in Law. He enrolled himself as an Advocate at the Tamil Nadu Bar Council, Chennai in 1980. He has handled a number of cases in all fields of law, including civil, constitution, labour and employment, personal injury, family law, matrimony, consumer proection etc., He is practicing in the Madras High Court and the Supreme Court of India. Several landmark judgments have been delivered in the cases argued by him in respect of constitutional validity of service rules, personal injury, pre-constitutional laws, natural justice, discrimination, denial of pension, wrongful termination of service, interpretation of service rules, and malice in law. He has addressed several seminars organized by associations of employees and welfare organizations for the disabled.
